Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the development of innovative audio equipment from the conceptual phase through mass production
- Coordinate with other engineers, production and QC staff for day-to-day operations
- Maintain Solidworks PDM and ensure product documentation is accurate and well organized
- Communicate with vendors and certification agencies.
- Lead constant improvement efforts for current products, including control activities, failure analysis, process improvement, etc.
- Mentor and train newer engineers and QC staff on standard engineering concepts.
- Support sales network and end users with technical support and product recommendations.
Key Technical Skills:
- Experienced with Solidworks or other parametric modeling software
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes, especially injection molding
- Experience in audio/acoustics a plus
- Experience with AFMG software a plus
- Experience with Audiomatica software a plus
Required attributes and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred experience in acoustic engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Background in analog and digital electronics
- Independent and strong work ethic; self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the Western United States region.
- Manage and nurture relationships with independent manufacturers representatives to drive sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with AV integration companies, architects, consultants, and end-users.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

- Strong relationships with AV integration companies and knowledge of the audio products market.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Western United States.

You will learn how to use FedEx, UPS, and other transportation companies' software to create shipping orders. You will also be on your feet moving inventory to various places in the warehouse, sometimes utilizing pallet jacks and a fork-truck. MSE Audio, lenexa-based manufacturer of residential and commercial speakers, is looking to hire a manufacturing associate to join our production team.
As part of the production team, you will learn to build various models of speakers from start to finish, and participate in many special projects associated with manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.
No experience is necessary. You must be able to lift heavy items and be on your feet throughout your shift. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7AM-3:30PM.

Inside Sales Representative
MSE Audio is a Lenexa-based audio speaker manufacturer looking for entry level or experienced sales people. Our inside sales team members take inbound calls and email inquiries to sell our products. Inside sales team members also make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
